Policies

  • A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to reserve a date.

  • A preview session does not ensure a booking.

  • Availability changes instantaneously, early booking is highly recommended.

  • We have a 5 service minimum per artist for bookings. Hair & Makeup is considered 2 services. Eyes Only, Face Only and Flower Girls do not count towards the minimum. If you are eloping, or having a small wedding on a weekday and do not require 5 services, please let us know and we can see if we can still work you in!

  • Early Start fee is $150 per hour per artist. Fee begins at start time or start of drive time (if location is outside of Redondo Beach) before 7am.

  • Location Change fee is $100 + travel per artist. Fee is charged if you require us to change locations or rooms.

  • Holiday Fee is $200 per artist. Major Holidays only.

  • Rates subject to change without notice.

Preview

  • Preview sessions are highly recommended so that we can get to know one another and establish your final look before the big day. However, we do get many brides who must forgo the preview session.

  • Preview sessions are done at the client’s location of choice.

Travel Fees

  • Vary on location.

  • Minimum rate may apply depending on travel radius, please inquire about your location.

Payment

  • Final payment is collected 4 weeks prior to the final event date.

  • Accepted forms of payment: Credit, Debit.
